Directions to the Hobbs: From I-35, take the 12th Street exit and go west to Central Avenue. Go right on Central, which will change its name to West 9th Street after a couple of blocks as you cross into Missouri. The Hobbs Building is a seven-story brick building on the right side of the street across from Capital Electric and The Woodswether Cafe.
Parking is available on the street and in the lot across the street.
